The Tarn is a land where everything grows. Encouraged by sunny weather but sufficiently moist, fruits and vegetables in abundance, old farms, generous nature with mushrooms, chestnuts and berries … Among other specialties, succulent veal (Ségala Red Label) of our wooded region and duck, fat or not.
Several options are possible
The hosts dinner at 29 €, on reservation and in the evening. Thierry offers starter, main course, cheese and dessert around the castle and local wines. If you are a fan, appetizer can be as tasting of these wines.
The gourmet plate at 23 €, assorted cold dishes, the evening and on reservation. Using seasonal products, this dish consists of raw vegetables, starter, duck, cheese, and dessert. It is accompanied by a glass of wine.
For lunch or for dinner, our guest house offers a room to prepare snacks. And if you want to lunch at the castle, tables in the garden or in Touny lerys hall are available. It is equipped with an oven, hob, crockery, tea towels. We just ask that you keep it clean …
We are happy to advise you according to your taste and budget. Around our guest house, at less than 20-minute drive, you will have a large choice of restaurants.
